Meet the Teacher!
Hello! My name Is Andi Ehringer and I am from Dallas, TX. I am a junior elementary education major at Auburn University. I have always known that I wanted to be a teacher ever since I was young, and I would play school teacher with all my friends pretending to be my students. I am so excited to do what I absolutely love as my job, especially surrounded by amazing students and learners. There is so much more I have to learn, but I cannot wait to grow and become the best teacher I can be.
Teaching Philosophy
I believe that every student should feel loved and appreciated in the classroom, and this love and appreciation will cause students to love coming to school. I want my students to feel respected and heard. Their voice will matter in my classroom, which will show them their voice matters in the real world. I believe that every student's needs should be accounted for and brought to my attention. Every student should have the opportunity to perform to the best of their ability. I want my students to feel like they always have someone rooting for them. I will be their #1 fan no matter what, and I will support them and encourage them to share their emotions if they are comfortable with that.
